Making DuckDuckGo the Default Search Engine for the Omnibox and Right-Click Search

- Open a new tab and navigate to https://duckduckgo.com.
- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
- Select Settings
- Under Search, click Manage search engines...
- Find DuckDuckGo in the displayed list and click Make Default

- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
- Select Settings
- Under On startup, click Open a specific page, and then click Set pages
- Click Use current pages and then click OK

- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
- Select More tools
- Select Extensions
- Find the DuckDuckGo extension or app in the displayed list and click the trash can icon

- Select Settings
- Click Manage search engines...
- Under Search, click Manage search engines...
- Find your desired new default search engine in the displayed list and click Make Default
