Firefox Translate Page



Webpage Translation tool is an integral part of ImTranslator and Google Translate extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Yandex. To translate a webpage choose Webpage Translation from: context menu Webpage Translation, then Translate this page to; or use the shortcut keys Alt+P (Firefox, Chrome), Ctrl+Alt+P (Opera, Yandex).

Webpage Translation tool is an integral part of ImTranslator and Google Translate extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Yandex.

Google translate extension

To translate a webpage choose Webpage Translation from:

  • context menu Webpage Translation, then Translate this page to
  • or use the shortcut keys Alt+P (Firefox, Chrome), Ctrl+Alt+P (Opera, Yandex)

The context menu provides the choice of a webpage translation modes:

  • translate an entire webpage
  • mouseover translation of the text segment

When you choose the Mouseover translation mode, hover your mouse over the original text, and the translation for the highlighted segment will be displayed in an pop-up bubble.

To translate a webpage in the Firefox browser, choose Webpage Translation from Firefox Tools, ImTranslator menu

Or, from ImTranslator button on the Firefox toolbar

You may also use the hotkey Alt+P (set by default).

To translate a webpage in Chrome, choose “Translate this page to” a selected language from the context menu “ImTranslator: Translation, Dictionary, TTS”.

The context menu provides the choice of a webpage translation mode: translate the entire web page or mouseover translation. In this menu you can change the translation language.

When you choose the Mouseover translation mode, hover your mouse over the original text, and the translation for the highlighted segment will be displayed in an pop-up bubble.
The context menu allows you to change the translation language using the 'Change language' menu.
You can also change the translation language from the translation toolbar on the top of the page.
